2027 Nurture with Nature Calendar SponsorshipsSponsor a month featured in DBCC's Nurture with Nature Breast Cancer Survivor Photography Calendar (December 2026 - 2027)Each year, the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition's Nurture with Nature program uses photos captured by breast cancer survivors throughout the year to create a picturesque calendar full of various nature photographs. Nurture with Nature is a program unique to the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition (DBCC). The program series allows breast cancer survivors to come together to be nurtured and healed by experiencing the power, beauty, and serenity of nature. Outings occur approximately once a month throughout all of Delaware and the tri-state area. These outings include activities such as hiking, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, stargazing, and strolling through forests and along beaches. Calendars will be available to the public for a donation beginning in fall 2026.Why Sponsor A Month in the Calendar?

In Support of Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition
The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition (DBCC) is a 501(c)(3) staffed by a combined number of 25 full-time and part-time employees and has an office serving citizens in each of the three counties in Delaware – New Castle, Kent, and Sussex.
DBCC has developed and implemented programs tailored to the unique needs of different populations, including young women with breast cancer, African-American women, Latinas, lesbians, and women with disabilities. DBCC has trained healthcare providers who implement culturally competent care and has conducted many educational sessions for the general public in partnership with corporate and community organizations.
In addition, DBCC has referred and navigated thousands of uninsured adults for free and low-cost cancer screenings and has removed barriers to cancer screenings and treatment by providing interpretation, transportation, and support services.
As a member of the National Breast Cancer Coalition, represented on its board of directors, DBCC has worked to support the national organization’s efforts to research the causes of breast cancer and pursue optimal treatments and cures.
The vision of the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition is to create a caring community where barriers to breast cancer screenings are removed and all persons at risk served by DBCC have access to quality care and treatment. DBCC will ensure each individual diagnosed receives resources to become a thriving survivor, armed with the knowledge and support needed to conquer this disease.
